**Location: Cooperstown, NY**
Seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a progressive, academic health system in central New York.
• Outpatient practice: Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM
• Patient population: Adults 18 and older
• Care model: Team-based care with dedicated nursing and administrative staff
• Electronic Medical Record: Fully integrated EPIC for inpatient and ambulatory care
• Administrative time: Prorated based on FTE
• Ramp-up schedule: Tailored based on experience
• Preceptorship opportunities: Available for professional development
• On-call duties: During business hours on a rotating basis
• Salary range: $117,000 – $145,000 (based on qualifications, experience, education, licensure, specialty, training, and market standards)
• Sign-on bonus: Up to $50,000
Requirements:
• National certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Experience preferred
• NYS licensure
• BLS certification required
• DEA license required
