**Assignment Details**
- Outpatient hematology and medical oncology care
- Start as soon as possible, March preferred
- Initial assignment anticipated through June
- Full-time preferred
- Limited availability considered with required responsiveness to staff calls
- Clinic hours Monday through Friday 8:00a–4:30p
- Call limited to main location
- After-hours answering service with escalation for urgent issues only
- No heavy inpatient call burden

**Clinical Details**
- Comprehensive outpatient hematology and oncology practice
- New consultations 30–45 minutes
- Follow-up visits 15–20 minutes
- Collaboration with radiation oncology, surgical specialists, and hospital teams
- Participation in multidisciplinary care planning
- Inpatient care supported by private practice APPs
- No required procedures
- 12 total exam rooms, 9 dedicated to medical oncology
- Infusion center with 16 chairs and 2 private infusion rooms
- Integrated support including APPs, RN navigators, social workers, dieticians, oncology pharmacist, research and genetics services

**Requirements**
- Board Certified or Board Eligible ABMS
- Active Ohio medical license
- Comfortable working within multidisciplinary teams
- Self-Query NPDB at time of name clear
- Clean background
- Internationally trained physicians accepted if ABMS certified
- Interest in long-term assignment

**Compensation**
- Rates: Facility is accepting bids
- Malpractice: Provided
