**Assignment Details**
- Start ASAP with ongoing coverage
- Full-time weekday coverage required
- Monday through Friday schedules available with either 8-hour or 10-hour shifts
- Weekend coverage is minimal and as needed
- Hospital-based anesthesia practice
- Medical direction care team model
- Credentialing timeframe approximately 60–90 days

**Clinical Details**
- Average daily surgical volume of 80–100 cases
- Practice includes 20 operating rooms, endoscopy suites, and procedure rooms
- Cases include orthopedics, GI, vascular, GYN, neuro, ENT, robotics, trauma, and healthy pediatrics
- Providers must be comfortable caring for all age groups
- EMR system is Epic

**Requirements**
- Board Certified CRNA
- Active Michigan license or active IMLC LOQ
- Full-time availability required with a minimum of three full weeks per month
- Clean background and malpractice history
- Self-Query NPDB required at time of presentation

**Compensation**
- Rates: Facility is accepting bids
- Malpractice: Provided
