Job Description

A well-established acute care hospital in Southeastern New York, less than one hour from NYC, is seeking a Pharmacy Operations Manager to lead day-to-day hospital pharmacy operations within a decentralized model. This leadership role oversees workflow coordination, scheduling, payroll, technician supervision, medication-use safety, regulatory compliance, and EPIC-related operational support. The department supports PGY1 and PGY2 residency programs and offers strong collaboration within a progressive clinical environment. Full-time day shift schedule.

Candidates must hold an active NY pharmacist license and have 3+ years of recent hospital pharmacy leadership experience (administrative/supervisory level). Retail-only experience will not be considered unless hospital requirements are met. Advanced degree preferred.
