• Monday - Thursday, 8am - 6pm, 4 day work week
• 20 patients per day average
• EMR: EPIC
• 2 years NP/PA experience and 2 years family practice required
• Team environment with other APPs and physicians
• Suturing and splinting preferred
• Pediatric to geriatric patient population
• Hospital privileges required
