- 7 on 7 off night shift 8pm - 8am
- Average 14 admits per night with resident support
- Hospital setting with closed ICU
- Coverage until new nocturnist hired and onboarded
- Runs codes and rapid responses required
- Discusses ED admissions with residents
- We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
- We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
- We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
- Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
