Job Description

Seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its established primary care clinics serving a multi-county region near the Kansas-Oklahoma border an hour from Tulsa. This outpatient opportunity offers strong compensation benchmarks, predictable weekday scheduling, and meaningful patient relationships in a supportive team-based environment. Providers enjoy autonomy in clinical decision-making while working within a collaborative system.

Hospital Employee .
Telephone Consultation with Minimal Call Ratio.
Competitive Annual Salary.
WRVU production incentives.
Loan Forgiveness available.
Signing Bonus available, contact us for details.
Relocation Bonus available up to $10,000.
CME up to 1 week and $2,500 available.
Retirement plan provided.
EPIC in use for EMR.
Monday - Friday schedule (8 - 5 or flexible clinic hours depending on site).
MGMA-benchmarked salary + annual performance incentives.
NHSC loan repayment eligible site.
Patient volume: 3 - 4 per hour.
Call rotation: 1 week every 5 weeks.
