**APP – General Surgery (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant)**
**Location: Wenatchee, WA**
Compensation:
• Competitive annual salary ranging from $132,000 – $161,000, based on years of experience
Team Structure:
• Join a collaborative team of 7 Physicians and 2 Advanced Practice Providers
• Supportive, team-based care environment
• Very busy, high-quality surgical practice
Schedule & Practice Details:
• Full-time position
• 4-day work week (days vary depending on rotation)
• Blend of outpatient and inpatient care with strong hospitalist program support
• First assist duties
• 7–10 inpatient encounters per day
• 16–18 outpatient visits per day
• Epic Electronic Medical Record
Work/Life Balance & Benefits:
