**Clinical Responsibilities**
-Diagnose and manage chronic kidney disease and acute kidney injury
-Treat hypertension and electrolyte disorders
-Provide inpatient and outpatient nephrology care
-Oversee dialysis treatments
-Prepare and manage patients for kidney transplantation
-Collaborate with multidisciplinary transplant and renal care teams

**Qualifications**
-MD or DO from an accredited medical school
-Board Eligible or Board Certified in Nephrology
-Ability to obtain unrestricted Pennsylvania medical license
-DEA certification
-Strong commitment to patient-centered care
