**Assignment Details**
- Start: ASAP
- End: March 31, 2027
- Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm
- Scheduled clinical hours plus beeper call
- Phone-only call coverage (no in-person call required)
- 30-minute phone response time required
- Hospitalists handle most call volume
- EMR: Epic

**Clinical Details**
- Multi-disciplinary cancer center including:
- Radiation therapy
- Infusion suite (open 7 days/week)
- Pharmacy
- Lab
- Lymphedema services
- Medical oncology services
- 15–20 patients per day
- Outpatient primary focus
- RN and MA support
- No admissions required
- No APP supervision
- No resident supervision

**Requirements**
- Board Certified in Hematology & Oncology
- Active Washington license or IMLC
- BLS required
- Clean history preferred
- Fellowship training (2 years listed)

**Compensation**
- Facility accepting bids
- Malpractice provided
- Travel & lodging reimbursed
