**Assignment Details**
- Start: Ongoing coverage

- Providers needed to assist permanent urologist with clinic and call

**Schedule Coverage Needed**
- June 1 (8am) – June 8 (8am)
- August 7–10 or August 28–31
- August 17–24
- September 4–14
- September 18–21 or September 25–28
- October 2–12
- October 16–19 or October 23–26 or October 30–Nov 2
- November 6–16
- November 20–23
- December 4–7 or December 11–14
- December 18–28

*Two listed weekends must be filled; one will be covered internally.*

**Clinical Details**
- Clinic located within hospital
- 15–20 patients scheduled per clinic day
- 2–3 in-clinic procedures per day
- 3–4 scheduled and emergent surgeries per surgery day
- 1–3 inpatient consults daily
- Rounding on post-op and inpatient consult patients when on day call
- Required procedures:
- Cystoscopy
- Cystoscopy with dilation
- No robotics
- Support staff: 3 RNs, 1 CNA

**Call Structure**
- Weekend call and night call required
- Average callback: 1–5 hours
- Call includes pager coverage

**Requirements**
- Board Certified Urology preferred
- Board Eligible accepted within 5 years of residency
- North Dakota license highly preferred
- DEA required
- Case logs required at presentation and offer
- Self-Query NPDB (dated within 30 days) required at submission

**Compensation
- Rate Caps:
- Hourly up to $450/hr
- Nightly Call - up to $1,000 to include 2.5 gratis hours
- 24-hr On Call - up to $3,200 to include 4 gratis hours
- Callback hourly up to $450
- Malpractice covered
- Travel & lodging reimbursed
