- Required coverage blocks:
- March 23 (8a) – March 27 (8a)
- May 4 (8a) – May 8 (8a)
- May 15 (8a) – May 18 (8a)
- 20-minute response time required
- EMR: MediTech 6.1

**Clinical Details**
- Approximately 27 deliveries per month
- Average 1–3 deliveries per 24-hour period
- Average 11 C-sections per month
- 3 labor rooms and 14 postpartum beds
- Level 1 nursery
- No NICU onsite (high-risk transfers to New Hanover Regional or Cape Fear Valley)
- Provider will:
- Round on OB patients
- Perform emergent C-sections and vaginal deliveries
- Handle emergent GYN procedures
- 24/7 anesthesia and radiology support
- Hospitalist support staff onsite

**Required Skills**
- Routine and complicated vaginal deliveries
- C-sections
- Breech, multiple births, abruptions, VBACs
- Repair of 3rd & 4th degree lacerations
- OB ultrasound performance and interpretation
- Full scope surgical gynecology (open and laparoscopic)
- Laser certification required
- Actively delivering babies (case logs required)

**Requirements**
- Board Certified or Board Eligible OB/GYN
- Active North Carolina license
- Active NC DEA (with NC address)
- NC Medicaid credentialed
- PECOS enrolled (required)
- Fully vaccinated
- Clean background/history
- Case logs from past 12–24 months (hospital-generated, not estimates)

**Compensation**
