**Assignment Details**
- Start: July 15, 2026
- End: October 1, 2026
- Scheduled clinical hours + beeper call
- Call ratio: 1:4
- APP takes first call at night
- Inpatient setting
- EMR: Cerner
- Estimated credentialing: 60–90 days (temps possible if approved)
- 8+ patients per shift

**Clinical Details**
- Post-operative cardiac and thoracic surgical patients
- Hemodynamic monitoring required
- Vasoactive drip management required
- Independent clinical decision-making expected
- Chest X-ray interpretation required
- Must be comfortable managing cardiac and thoracic post-op populations
- Team includes 5 PA/NP colleagues
- No resident supervision required

**Required Experience**
- Recent OR experience REQUIRED
- Recent floor experience REQUIRED
- Independent management of post-op cardiac surgery patients
- First-call readiness

**Requirements**
- Board Certified PA or NP
- ACLS and BLS required
- If NP: must have ACNP and RFNA
- Active state license required prior to start
- Must disclose and upload documentation for any malpractice, disciplinary, or criminal history at time of submission
- Candidates with disclosures will not be reviewed until documentation is approved

**Compensation**
