Full-time, hospital-employed Interventional Radiology opportunity at a 277-bed regional hospital serving Western New York. This is a broad-based IR role with strong diagnostic integration, no call, and no weekend responsibilities.

**Compensation**
-Salary range $510,941–$599,486
-Productivity incentive uncapped
-Sign-on bonus $100,000

**Clinical Responsibilities**
-Support surgical services with preoperative planning and postoperative complication management
-Provide interventional support for Oncology and Nephrology
-Support Urology service line with minimally invasive procedural strategies
-Perform a broad range of general radiology procedures
-Maintain strong proficiency in cross-sectional imaging
-Enhance operational efficiencies including LOS and complication reduction

**Qualifications**
-MD or DO from an accredited medical school
-Board Eligible or Board Certified in Interventional Radiology
-Ability to obtain unrestricted New York medical license
-DEA certification
-Strong commitment to patient-centered care and collaboration
