Nurse Practitioner - Critical Care - 7 days on and 7 days off

We’re looking for an experienced Nurse Practitioner with critical care experience to provide overnight coverage at a small, community-focused facility near Fort Myers, Florida.

This role offers a highly desirable 7-on / 7-off night schedule, giving you half the year off while maintaining meaningful, hands-on critical care practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide overnight critical care coverage

• Manage ventilated and medically complex patients

• Collaborate closely with physicians and hospital staff

• Ensure safe, high-quality patient care during night shifts

Qualifications

• Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner (ACNP or AGACNP preferred)

• Prior critical care experience required

• Comfortable managing ventilators independently

• Strong clinical judgment and ability to work autonomously
