Director Opportunity Specifics and Qualifications:

• Demonstrated leadership skills and significant involvement in hospital initiatives.
• Prior leadership experience required.
• Must be board certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Proven ability to lead a team to consistently meet and exceed quality metrics, with leadership compensation tied to these milestones.
• Significant administrative focus, predominantly Monday through Friday.
• Active participation in all administrative meetings into quality initiatives and MEC meetings expected.
• Outstanding communication skills are essential for collaboration with the team, operations, and hospital leadership.
