• Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm schedule
• 15 - 20 patient caseload
• Clinic setting
• Solo provider work required 2 days per week
• Basic suturing and gluing procedures required
• Coverage for employed primary care clinician
• Pediatric to geriatric patient population
