- 16-19 patients per shift
- Hospital setting with approximately 350 deliveries per year
- NRP certification required
- C-sections, forceps deliveries, and surgical gynecology required
- Call coverage needed
- No VBAC procedures performed
- No planned deliveries under 35 weeks
