- Coverage type: Scheduled clinical hours (no call)
- Practice setting: Outpatient free-standing cancer centers
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:00pm
- Coverage locations: Lima and Celina cancer centers
- EMR systems: Mosaiq and Epic
- Patient volume: Approximately 20 outpatient visits per day
- Average inpatient consults: Approximately 1 per day
- Patient population: Adult
- Other radiation oncologists onsite: Yes

**Clinical Details**
- Conventional radiotherapy
- 3D radiotherapy
- IMRT and IGRT
- External beam radiation (3D-CRT)
- Stereotactic radiosurgery
- SBRT and fractionated stereotactic radiotherapy
- Order imaging and diagnostic tests
- Treatment planning and prescribing

**Requirements**
- Board certification required
- IMLC accepted
- BLS Certification
- Clean history

**Compensation**
- Rates: Facility is accepting bids
- Malpractice: Provided
- Travel: Reimbursed
