Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Neurology APP to join our team. This role supports both inpatient and outpatient neurology services, providing high-quality, patient-centered care. The Neurology APP will play a key role in coordinating treatment plans, conducting inpatient consults, supporting outpatient follow-up, and ensuring continuity of care across settings.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Neurologist, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans. Perform daily rounds, reviewing patient histories, assessing conditions, and ordering necessary tests and treatments. Deliver outpatient follow-up care, monitor ongoing treatment response, and participate in long-term management of neurological conditions. Ensure accurate and timely documentation in patient records.
Qualifications:
PA-C or CRNP from an accredited institution.
Active medical license in Pennsylvania.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Prior neurology experience is preferred but not required.
