**Assignment Details**

- Ongoing coverage
- Clinic Schedule:
- Monday–Thursday: 8:00am–5:00pm (times may vary)
- Friday: 7:30am–5:00pm (times may vary)
- Call:
- 7–10 days per month (including weekends)
- Weekday night call when in clinic
- 24-hour weekend call
- 20–30 minute response time
- EMR: Epic

- June 16–23
- July 1–8
- August 18–25
- October 2–5
- December 21–24

**Clinical Scope**
- 16+ patients per day
- Outpatient clinic + inpatient coverage
- 6-bed department
- General urology (Adult required; Peds preferred)
- Advanced endoscopic techniques
- Laparoscopic surgery
- Percutaneous nephrolithotomy
- Ureteroscopy
- Radical cystectomy (ileal conduit)
- Radical prostatectomy
- Nephrectomy
- Renal & bladder ultrasound with biopsy
- TRUS biopsies
- Preferred:
- Adrenalectomy
- Fertility evaluation
- Incontinence procedures
- Penile prosthesis
- ESWL
- Robotics not required

**Requirements**
- Board Certified or truly Board Eligible Urology
- Active CA license
- Active CA Fluoroscopy license
- Will consider candidates willing to obtain or with temporary fluoro
- ACLS
- Minimum 2 years of current hospital clinical activity
- Case logs required at presentation

**Compensation Structure**
- Rate Caps: $475/hr, $4,000 24-hr Call, $400 Nighty Call, $475/hr Call-back
- Malpractice provided
- Travel & lodging reimbursed
