Travel RN Case Manager – Sitka, AK (Contract, Days)

Join a community-focused team in Sitka, Alaska as a contract Registered Nurse specializing in case management. This day-shift role starts ASAP and offers a rate of $2,451 for a 30-hour assignment.

What you’ll be doing:

• Meet with patients to assess needs and create individualized care plans.
• Coordinate care across multidisciplinary teams and different healthcare settings to keep everything running smoothly.
• Follow patient progress closely and update care plans as conditions change.
• Educate patients and families about treatment plans, available resources, and next steps.
• Maintain accurate documentation and help ensure compliance with regulatory standards and quality measures.

What we’re looking for:

• An active RN license in the practicing state.
• Experience in case management, utilization review, or clinical coordination is preferred.
• Strong organizational, clinical judgment, and communication skills.
• BLS certification required; CCM or a specialty case management certification is a plus.
