Patient volume: 6–10 patients per day
Case mix: Follow-ups to new evaluations ratio 10:1
Support staff: 2 RNs, 2 MAs, 1 NP/PA, 3 office staff
EMR: Cerner
Temporary privileges: Available
Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance: Covered
Required credentials and certifications:
- Active Massachusetts medical license
- Board certified in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry
- CPI trained
- Current ABLS, ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS
Responsibilities:
- Provide inpatient psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for pediatric and adolescent patients
- Manage follow-up care and coordinate with multidisciplinary team
- Document care in Cerner and participate in unit staffing and rounds as scheduled
