RN Director of Nursing (Days) — Travel Contract in St. Ignace, MI | $4,464/40-hr, LTC Leadership Preferred

Location: St. Ignace, MI
Assignment: Contract / Travel — Start ASAP
Schedule: Days, 8-hour shifts, 40 hours/week; one weekend per month
Rate: $4,464 per 40-hour week

Role focus:

• Director-level Registered Nurse providing leadership and clinical oversight in a long-term care setting.

Required qualifications:

• Active Michigan RN license
• Associate Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
• 3–5 years nursing experience
• Prior leadership/management experience in long-term care preferred
• CPR certification
• Infection Control certification
• Experience with Matrix preferred

Responsibilities (typical):

• Oversee nursing staff and daily clinical operations
• Ensure regulatory compliance and quality of care
• Implement and monitor infection control practices
• Coordinate staff scheduling, training, and performance
• Communicate with administration, families, and interdisciplinary team

One weekend per month required.
