Travel ER RN — Nights (Thu–Sat) in Lake Isabella, CA — $1,930/36-hr Contract

Join a dynamic emergency department team in Lake Isabella, CA. This contract/travel RN role starts ASAP and offers nights (Thu–Sat), delivering 36-hour weeks at $1,930 per shift period.

Key qualifications:

• Active RN license in the practicing state
• Emergency room or acute care experience preferred
• Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and communication skills
• BLS required; ACLS, PALS, or TNCC preferred

Core responsibilities:

• Triage and assess patients on arrival, prioritizing care based on acuity
• Administer medications, treatments, and emergency interventions safely and efficiently
• Monitor patient status, report changes to physicians and team members, and coordinate care
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of treatments and patient records
• Provide patient and family education on treatments and follow-up care
• Engage in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives within the ER
