Join a contract/travel opportunity in Machias, ME, working nights in the Emergency Room. This role begins ASAP and offers $2,052 for a 36-hour shift.

Requirements:

• Active RN license in the practicing state.
• ER experience or acute care background preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• BLS required; ACLS, PALS, or TNCC preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Triage and assess patients on arrival, prioritizing care based on acuity.
• Administer medications, treatments, and emergency interventions as indicated.
• Continuously monitor patient status and promptly communicate changes to physicians and the care team.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of patient care and records.
• Provide patient and family education regarding treatment plans and follow-up.
• Engage in departmental quality improvement and safety initiatives.
