Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – Emergency Room (Days) — Hilo, HI (Contract)

We’re looking for a confident, skilled Registered Nurse to join an Emergency Room team in Hilo, HI on a contract/travel basis. This is a daytime position starting ASAP, offering $2,144 per 40-hour week. What you’ll bring

• Active RN license in the state where you’ll practice.
• Experience in the ER or a strong acute-care background preferred.
• Solid clinical judgment, critical-thinking ability, and clear communication skills.
• BLS required; ACLS, PALS, or TNCC are preferred.

What you’ll be doing

• Triage and assess patients as they arrive, prioritizing care based on acuity.
• Administer medications, treatments, and emergency interventions as needed.
• Continuously monitor patient status and relay changes to physicians and the care team.
• Keep accurate, timely documentation of care and patient records.
• Educate patients and families about treatments and follow-up plans.
• Contribute to ER quality improvement and safety initiatives.
