Practice scope

• Full-spectrum outpatient family/internal medicine (pediatrics through geriatrics)
• Patient panel: 1,530 patients
• Phone consults included
• Typical caseload: general outpatient family/internal medicine

Clinical duties

• Provide comprehensive outpatient care across age groups
• Participate in 1:10 telephone call rotation
• Document all care in EPIC EMR
• Collaborate with system physicians and primary care colleagues
• Support growth initiatives within the health system

Facility and support

• EMR: EPIC (HIMSS Stage VII)
• Standard outpatient clinic equipment
• Collegial specialty backup and shared office support staff

Privileges, credentialing, compliance

• Credentialing timeline: 90–120 days post-offer
• Must maintain documentation and compliance per system policies

Required qualifications

• Active Indiana medical license or participation in IMLC
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Open to experienced physicians and new graduates
• Proficient with EPIC and strong interpersonal/communication skills
