Join a home health team in Hermiston, OR, starting ASAP. This is a contract/travel opportunity working day shifts (40 hours) with a rate of $2,704/40-hours.

What we’re looking for

• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• At least 1–2 years of nursing experience; home health experience is a plus.
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple patient visits efficiently.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; additional certifications are welcomed.

What you’ll do

• Perform thorough assessments, create individualized care plans, and track patient outcomes.
• Deliver nursing interventions such as medication administration, wound care, and chronic disease management.
• Teach patients and families about disease management, medications, lifestyle changes, and self-care techniques.
• Monitor and document progress, report changes to physicians, and coordinate with the interdisciplinary care team.
• Follow infection control, safety protocols, and regulatory standards.
• Provide emotional support and connect patients and families with home care resources.
• Take part in quality improvement projects and ongoing professional development.
