RN - Home Health (Days) | Contract | New Lenox, IL | Start ASAP

Join a home health team in New Lenox, IL for a contract/travel RN assignment. This daytime position starts ASAP, Monday–Friday with no weekend requirements. Shift: 8:00 AM–5:30 PM (8-hour day). Compensation: $2,224 per 40-hour week.

Core responsibilities:

• Provide skilled nursing care in the home setting, completing assessments, care planning, and documentation.
• Conduct OASIS assessments and starts of care (strongly preferred).
• Deliver patient education, medication management, wound care, and coordination with interdisciplinary teams.
• Maintain timely, accurate charting and communication with the agency and family.

Required qualifications:

• Active Illinois RN license.
• Home health experience preferred; strong Med-Surg RN with some home health experience will be considered.
• OASIS and start-of-care experience strongly preferred.
• Current BLS certification.
• COVID-19 and influenza vaccination.
• Valid driver’s license and personal auto insurance.
• Ability to provide a copy of the agency’s IL nursing license.
