Travel RN – Home Health & Hospice (Missoula, MT)

Join a contract/travel team providing home health and hospice care in Missoula, MT. This position starts ASAP, offers varied shifts, and pays $2,196 per 40-hour week. You will deliver compassionate, patient-centered nursing in home and palliative settings while collaborating with an interdisciplinary care team.

Key qualifications:

• Active RN license in the state of practice
• Home health, hospice, or palliative care experience preferred
• Current BLS certification required; hospice/palliative certification a plus
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, patient education, and documentation skills

Core responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and create individualized care plans
• Safely administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions
• Educate and support patients and families, addressing physical and emotional needs
• Monitor patient condition, report changes to the care team, and adjust care as indicated
