Join a hospital-based locum tenens team in Eagle Butte, South Dakota, providing one-year coverage beginning 3/10/2026. You will deliver inpatient care for a diverse patient population, including admissions, daily rounding, phone consultations, and performance of relevant medical procedures in hospital departments.

Schedule and coverage:

Clinical shifts: 12 hours in-house (8:00 am–8:00 pm)
On-call shifts: 12 hours (8:00 pm–8:00 am)
Coverage may include weekdays, weekends, and holidays
Rotations limited to a maximum of 10 continuous days

Credentials and requirements:

MD or DO, Board Certified or Board Eligible (Family Practice/Internal Medicine)
Minimum 3 years of post-training clinical experience in Family Practice or Internal Medicine
Active, unrestricted medical license in any U.S. state or territory
BLS, ACLS, PALS required; DEA registration required
