Requirements:

• Active RN license in the practicing state.
• Experience in ICU, PCU, or critical care nursing preferred.
• BLS and ACLS required; critical care certifications (e.g., CCRN) preferred.
• Strong clinical skills, critical thinking, and communication.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Continuously assess and monitor patient condition and vital signs.
• Safely administer medications, blood products, and advanced interventions.
• Rapidly recognize and respond to emergencies or changes in patient status.
• Provide patient and family education on care plans, recovery, and self-management.
• Accurately document care and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team.
