Contract/Travel Registered Nurse — Infusion | Chico, CA | Start: ASAP | Days | $3,044/40 hrs

We are seeking an experienced infusion RN for a contract/travel assignment in Chico, California. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, evidence-based infusion care, educate patients and families, and collaborate effectively with the interdisciplinary team.

Required qualifications

• Active RN license in the practicing state
• Experience in infusion nursing; oncology or specialty therapy experience preferred
• Strong clinical assessment, organization, and patient-communication skills
• BLS certification required; infusion-specific certifications preferred

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, administer, and monitor infusion therapies per protocols and safety standards
• Assess patients before, during, and after treatment; identify and manage adverse reactions promptly
• Provide clear patient and caregiver education on therapy, potential side effects, and post-treatment care
• Maintain thorough, timely documentation of treatments, assessments, and patient progress
• Coordinate care and communicate effectively with providers and team members to ensure continuity and quality of care
