We’re looking for a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join a long-term care team in Pahala, HI — available for a contract/travel assignment starting ASAP. This role offers varied shifts and a 40-hour weekly rate of $2,004.

What you’ll do:

• Help residents with activities of daily living and keep a close eye on their overall health.
• Administer medications and treatments as directed by an RN or physician.
• Accurately document care, track changes in condition, and communicate those changes to the rest of the healthcare team.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment for residents.
• Offer emotional support and friendly companionship to enhance residents’ wellbeing.

What we’re looking for:

• Active LPN/LVN license in the state where you’ll practice.
• Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or assisted living is preferred.
• Strong clinical skills, clear communication, and genuine caregiving instincts.
• Ability to follow care plans and work collaboratively with nursing staff.
