Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (Days)
Hours: 40/week
Rate: $1,580 per 40 hours

Required qualifications
- Active LPN license in good standing
- Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
- BLS certification
- Previous outpatient or weight-management clinic experience preferred
- Strong verbal communication and patient education skills
- Ability to function in a fast-paced clinic environment
Primary responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care in an outpatient weight-management clinic
- Obtain and record vitals, weights, and patient health histories
- Administer medications and injections per orders
- Assist providers with exams and minor procedures
- Educate patients on diet, lifestyle changes, and individualized treatment plans
- Monitor and report changes in patient status
- Accurately document care and encounters in the EMR
- Maintain clinic flow and ensure exam rooms are ready for use
