Travel RN – Long Term Care (9-week, PM shift, Keene NH) $2,088/40-hr

Contract/Travel assignment in Keene, NH — start ASAP for 9 weeks. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–11:30 PM. Travel pay: $2,088 per 40-hour week.

Requirements:

• Active, valid Registered Nurse state license
• BLS certification

Key responsibilities:

• Assess patients, plan and implement nursing care, and document clinical findings and interventions.
• Administer medications and collect specimens for testing.
• Participate in multidisciplinary treatment planning and assist with procedures as needed.
• Maintain accurate, complete medical records, including assessments, interventions, patient education, and progress notes.
• Promote a safe, therapeutic environment by maintaining order and supervising patient conduct.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
