What we need from you

What you’ll be doing
You’ll provide hands-on nursing care under RN or physician guidance, focusing on safety, comfort, and thorough documentation. Typical duties include:

  • Administering medications and treatments accurately and following facility protocols.
  • Performing patient assessments — reviewing histories, conducting basic physical exams, and helping build individualized care plans.

  • Responding quickly to emergencies and providing basic life support as needed.
  • Following strict infection-control practices — hand hygiene, PPE use, and safe disposal of medical waste.
  • Maintaining accurate patient records of treatments, medications, and changes in status.
  • Working closely with RNs, physicians, therapists, CNAs, and other staff to ensure coordinated care.
  • Occasionally supervising CNAs or unlicensed assistive personnel, when applicable.
  • Performing other tasks as assigned by management.

Why this role matters
