Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse state license
• BLS certification

Essential Responsibilities:

• Plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care; perform ongoing patient assessments and document clinical status and progress.
• Administer medications and obtain specimens for testing per protocol.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team on treatment plans and assist with procedures as needed.
• Prepare and maintain accurate medical records, including assessments, interventions, patient education, and other nursing activities.
• Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment; enforce facility rules and supervise patient conduct.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
