Contract Registered Nurse (RN) – Long Term Care, Nights (Pembroke, NC)

Join a 15-week contract (non-travel) assignment in Pembroke, NC. Start ASAP. Night shift: 7:00 PM–7:30 AM. Local pay: $1,375 per 36 hours.

Requirements:

• Active, valid Registered Nurse state license
• BLS certification

Key responsibilities:

• Assess patient condition and develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans
• Administer medications and collect specimens for diagnostic testing according to protocols
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary care team and assist with clinical procedures as needed
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of assessments, interventions, patient education, and progress in the medical record
• Promote a safe, therapeutic environment, enforce facility policies, and supervise patient conduct
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
