Join a skilled nursing team in Gunnison, CO as a contract RN working 12-hour night shifts (6pm–6am). This position is available ASAP and offers $1,750 per 36-hour pay period.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the practicing state
• Prior long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
• BLS required; geriatric or long-term care certifications a plus
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and patient-care skills

Core responsibilities

• Assess and monitor resident conditions, including vital signs and changes in status
• Safely administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions
• Create, implement, and follow individualized care plans
• Educate residents and families on care plans and health management
• Accurately document care and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
