Requirements:

• Current, active Registered Nurse state license
• BLS certification

Primary responsibilities:

• Plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care; perform ongoing patient assessments and document findings.
• Administer medications and obtain specimens for testing per protocols.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team in treatment planning and assist with procedures as needed.
• Maintain accurate, timely medical records including assessments, interventions, education, and progress notes.
• Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment; monitor and supervise patient conduct and safety.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
