Rate: Local $1,231 / 36 hours

Requirements:

• Active, valid Registered Nurse state license
• BLS certification

Responsibilities:

• Plan, implement and evaluate patient nursing care
• Administer medications and obtain specimens for testing
• Perform ongoing patient assessments, initiate interventions, and document patient progress
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team and assist with procedures as needed
• Prepare and maintain accurate medical records; document assessments, interventions, and patient education
• Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment and supervise patient conduct
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
