Registered Nurse (RN) – Long Term Care, PM Shift – 14-Week Contract, Concord NH

We’re seeking an experienced registered nurse for a local, contract (non-travel) assignment in Concord, NH. This is a 14-week position starting ASAP with an evening shift schedule: 03:00 PM–11:30 PM. Compensation is $1,668 per 40-hour week.

Requirements:

• Current, active Registered Nurse license for the state
• BLS certification

What you’ll be doing:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care—plan and implement treatments, administer medications, and collect specimens for testing.
• Perform ongoing patient assessments, intervene as needed, and document progress clearly in the medical record.
• Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to support treatment plans, assist with procedures, and keep records up to date.
• Educate patients and families and record teaching and responses.
• Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment: monitor patient conduct, promote order, and address safety concerns.
• Take on other reasonable duties as assigned by management.
