Requirements:

• Current, active RN license in the practicing state
• Medical-surgical experience preferred
• BLS required; ACLS preferred depending on patient population
• Strong clinical assessment, organizational, and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions and vital signs
• Safely administer medications, treatments, and interventions
• Communicate changes in patient status to the multidisciplinary team
• Provide patient and family education on care plans and health management
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate and optimize patient care
