Compensation: LPCC – $50/hr; LMFT-C – $50/hr; Psychologist Candidate – $75/hr; Registered Psychotherapist – $50/hr

Required qualifications

• Active Colorado license or active candidate registration in relevant discipline
• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related behavioral health field
• Experience providing clinical services in institutional or correctional settings preferred

Primary duties

• Perform formal and informal mental health evaluations, diagnostic assessments, and routine risk assessments
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized mental health treatment plans
• Provide individual and group therapy and evidence-based clinical interventions
• Participate in suicide prevention and crisis intervention efforts
• Coordinate care and communicate clinical information with psychology, psychiatry, medical teams, and custodial staff as needed
• Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation and provide relevant clinical updates
• Ensure continuity of care during inmate transitions and transfers
• Other duties as assigned

Work environment

• Direct client contact with incarcerated individuals in a secure correctional facility
• Must adhere to facility policies, security procedures, and confidentiality requirements
