Minimum requirements

• Active RN license in the practicing state
• BLS required; ACLS preferred for telemetry/cardiac units
• Med-surg or telemetry nursing experience preferred
• Strong clinical assessment, organizational, and communication skills

Core responsibilities

• Assess, monitor, and interpret patient conditions, including cardiac telemetry
• Safely administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions
• Accurately document patient care and notify the healthcare team of changes
• Provide patient and family education on care plans and self-management
• Coordinate care with multidisciplinary team members to meet patient needs
