Join a fast-paced medical-surgical/telemetry team in Glens Falls, NY. This is a contract/travel opportunity with night shifts (12-hour) and a weekend rotation every other weekend. Start date: ASAP. Pay: $2,394 per 36 hours.
What you’ll be doing
- Provide direct patient care on Cardiac/Telemetry and Med-Tele units.
- Interpret, measure, and document cardiac rhythms twice per shift in line with department expectations.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to manage complex medical-surgical and neuro/stroke patients when needed.
Shift & schedule
- Nights, 12-hour shifts
- Weekend requirement: every other weekend
What we’re looking for
- Minimum of 3 years of RN experience, with strong proficiency in Cardiac/Telemetry and Med-Tele care.
- EPIC experience is required.
- Comfort and competency interpreting cardiac rhythms 2x per shift.
- Neuro/stroke experience is highly preferred.
- Previous travel experience is highly preferred.
- Must have reliable transportation.
Licensure & certifications
- Current New York RN license
- ACLS (AHA) and BLS required
- Permanent address on file
