Shift: Nights, 7:00 PM–7:30 AM
Hours/On-call: 36-hour shift
Rate: $3,265 per 36-hour shift
Requirements:
- Active RN license in the practicing state
- Neonatal/NICU experience preferred
- Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and communication skills
- BLS and NRP required
- Neonatal specialty certifications preferred
Core responsibilities:
- Monitor and assess neonatal vital signs, growth, and development
- Safely administer medications, nutrition, and prescribed therapies
- Document patient care accurately and communicate findings to the multidisciplinary team
- Educate and support families regarding newborn care and NICU procedures
- Respond promptly to emergencies and changes in neonatal condition
