Join a contract/travel team in Zanesville, OH, as an OR nurse on days. This position starts ASAP and pays $2,052 per 36-hour period.
What you’ll do
- Ready patients, instruments, and the operating room for surgical procedures.
- Serve as circulator or scrub nurse, supporting the surgical team throughout cases.
- Monitor patient status, administer medications as ordered, and maintain strict sterile technique.
- Accurately document perioperative care and follow facility protocols and safety standards.
- Provide pre- and post-operative education to patients and families.
What we’re looking for
- Active RN license in the practicing state.
- Perioperative or OR nursing experience preferred.
- BLS required; CNOR or other specialty certifications are a plus.
- Strong clinical judgment, organizational skills, and effective communication.
